Contest - Post and win

CONTEST RULES - "Post your listing and win a Bike"

1. CONTEST ORGANISER

  • The contest "Post your listing and win a bike" (hereinafter "the Contest") is organised by Bicisnet Digital S.L. (hereinafter "the Organiser"), with its registered address at Bonastruc de Porta 20, 6th floor.

2. PARTICIPANTS

  • The Contest is open to all adults who follow the @bicisnet Instagram account and who meet the requirements set out in these rules.

3. HOW THE CONTEST WORKS

  • To take part in the Contest, participants must follow these steps:
    a. Follow the @bicisnet Instagram account.
    b. Tag two friends in the contest post
    c. Post a listing on the bicis.net website (www.bicis.net) during the Contest period.
    d. The listing must include the hashtag #bicisnet in its description.
    e. Every listing posted on bicis.net that meets the points above will be entered into the prize draw.

4. CONTEST PERIOD

  • The Contest will run from 22 September at 15:00 until 31 October at 00:00 (hereinafter "the Contest Period").

5. PRIZE

  • Every listing posted on bicis.net during the Contest Period will be entered into the draw for a BH SPIKE 2.5 bike.
  • The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.

6. DRAW AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

  • The winner will be chosen at random from all participants who have met the requirements.
  • The winner will be announced on the @bicisnet Instagram account on 1 November 2023.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

  • The winner must provide their contact details and address for delivery of the prize.
  • The Organiser will cover the cost of shipping the prize to the winner within Spain.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

  • Taking part in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules.

9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • The personal data provided by participants will be used solely to run the Contest and deliver the prize, in accordance with current data protection legislation.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These rules are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to the Contest will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Girona.
