The gran fondo of the Clásica Jaén: it starts and finishes in Úbeda and mixes road with dirt sections between olive groves, the «Caminos de Olivos» that have made the professional race famous. Around 118 km through the province's sea of olive trees, with gravel sectors such as «Mar de Olivos» that call for good technique and tyres with a bit of volume. It's in February, so it's one of the first dates of the season and a different way to start the year. A road bike with wide tyres or a light gravel bike are good choices.
