Pinarello is one of those brands you recognise from a distance: the curved fork, the asymmetric stays and a paint job that never goes unnoticed. That means a used Pinarello holds its value well, but also that there is a big difference between a top-end Dogma and an entry-level Razha. If you are looking for a second-hand Pinarello or want to sell yours, here is how to price it with real data from bicis.net listings.

What people ask for a used road bike

Pinarello is, above all, a road brand. So the best reference is what people ask for a second-hand road bike on bicis.net. These are asking prices, not final sale prices: leave some room to negotiate.

CategoryListingsMedian (€)Lower quartile (€)Upper quartile (€)
Road411,1006802,800
E-bikes482,0801,5002,962

Data from Ciclismo en cifras, active «Vendo» (for sale) listings as of 30 October 2026 (218 listings in total). The lower quartile is the price below which the cheapest quarter sits; the upper quartile marks the most expensive quarter.

The middle half of road bikes ask between €680 and €2,800. A well-kept carbon Pinarello usually sits in the upper part of that range; an aluminium one or one with lots of kilometres, in the lower part. A recent Dogma with an electronic groupset can go above it, and there the price is driven mainly by the build.

Pinarello families and where each one sits

Dogma: the race bike

It is the pro teams' bike and the one worth most second-hand. Top-end carbon, integrated cockpit and almost always an electronic groupset. With a used Dogma the generation matters a lot: the newest ones have fully hidden cables and disc brakes, and fetch quite a bit more than rim-brake ones.

Prince and Paris: carbon for riding a lot

They share the Dogma's look with more affordable carbon. They are the Pinarellos you see most in group rides and the ones that sell best second-hand, because they have the brand's design without the top-end price. Their value depends mainly on the groupset and wheels.

Razha and the aluminium ones: the way in

The Razha is the entry-level carbon, and below it there are aluminium models. They are the first to lose value: a Razha with a mid-range groupset usually sits close to the road median or below it.

Grevil and Nytro: gravel and e-bike

The Grevil is the brand's gravel bike and compares with other carbon gravel bikes. The Nytro is the pedal-assist road bike: in that case the reference is the e-bike median, and the battery weighs on the price as much as the frame.

What to check before you pay

  • The frame and fork, in good light. Look for fine cracks, especially where the fork meets the head tube, on the stays and around the seatpost. A knock to carbon is not always visible: if in doubt, have a workshop check it.
  • The integrated cockpit. On recent Dogmas and Princes, the bar and stem are one piece with the cables inside. Changing the size is expensive, so check that the one fitted suits you.
  • The bottom bracket. Pinarello uses a threaded bottom bracket. Spin the cranks without the chain: if you feel play or hear noise, the bearings need replacing.
  • The size. Pinarello comes in many sizes and its geometry is race-oriented. Try it or compare its measurements with your current bike.
  • The groupset and wheels. Check wear on the chain, cassette and chainrings, and whether the wheels are stock or better ones. Good carbon wheels rightly push the price up.
  • The paperwork. Ask for the receipt and check that the frame's serial number matches. If there is none, ask why.

How to fine-tune the price of your Pinarello

Start from the road median and move it up or down with what your bike has:

  • Up if it is top-end carbon, with an electronic groupset, disc brakes, carbon wheels, few kilometres and a receipt.
  • Down if it is aluminium, rim-brake, with a worn drivetrain, paint chips or no paperwork.
  • Look at what is for sale in all bicis.net listings before you decide.

If you are buying your first used road bike, the guide used road bike from a pro team helps you with the frame and groupset. And if you want to compare with another racing brand, see how much a used Canyon is worth.

Selling your Pinarello: what makes it attractive

A Pinarello sells on looks. Take photos in daylight, a full side view and close-ups of the frame, fork and groupset. State the size, groupset, wheels, approximate kilometres and whether you have the receipt. If you have changed parts, say so: a bike with better wheels or a serviced groupset sells sooner and for more. Listing on bicis.net is free.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a second-hand Pinarello worth?

It depends on the family and the build. As a reference, a used road bike on bicis.net has a median asking price of €1,100, and the middle half of listings is between €680 and €2,800 (41 listings, data as of 30 October 2026). A well-built Dogma or Prince usually sits in the upper part.

Which used Pinarello is the best buy?

For riding a lot, a Prince or a Paris: they have the brand's design and can be found at a better price than a Dogma. If you want to race and the budget allows, a disc-brake Dogma.

How do I know if the carbon has a crack?

Look at the frame in good light, especially near the head tube, the stays and the seatpost, and tap gently with a coin: a dull sound can indicate damage. If in any doubt, have a workshop check it before you pay.

Is a Pinarello e-bike valued the same way?

No. On a Nytro the condition of the battery matters a lot. Its reference is the median for used e-bikes on bicis.net: €2,080 (48 listings, data as of 30 October 2026).
