The route

Route 4 of the Centro BTT Alto Palancia, signposted, through the Palancia valley between Navajas and Jérica: market gardens, riverbanks, pine woods and country lanes next to villages with fountains and bars. It combines tracks, farm lanes and the odd stretch of tarmac to get from one village to the next. It is a good option from autumn to spring; in summer, set off early and take plenty of water. After rain, some paths by the river may be muddy. Follow the MTB centre's signs on the ground.
